Helmet Completed Awhile Ago for Chris Jones

This is the second helmet that I've been privileged to custom-paint for Chris, and I simply love the colors that he wanted on this one.

1977 XLH Fundraiser Chopper Completed

These photos were shot by renowned chopper photographer, Mikey Revolt.  His pics were taken inside my shop and he did a fantastic job!  The original plan was to raffle this chopper to benefit my son's travel baseball team, but we've decided to put the bike up for sale first and see what happens.  If anyone is interested in purchasing this one-of-a-kind garage-built custom chop, just gimme a shout.

New design for a brass gas cap that I machined for my '77 XLH Fundraiser Chopper

Turned on my 1950's South Bend 10L lathe and milled on my 1950's Index vertical mill.  All work down by spinning the handles and wholly without the use of CNC or other computerized equipment... I am such a dinosaur but really enjoy the "hand-crafting" involved in manual machining.

Based upon the freezing weather here in NE Ohio, I should have hand-delivered this tank to Jose!

Black & Silver Tank Shipped Back to Orlando in Delaware

I really like the "dramatic effect" of the black & silver with the drop-shadowing.  I want to paint one of my own projects in a similar style!
