New design for a brass gas cap that I machined for my '77 XLH Fundraiser Chopper

Turned on my 1950's South Bend 10L lathe and milled on my 1950's Index vertical mill.  All work down by spinning the handles and wholly without the use of CNC or other computerized equipment... I am such a dinosaur but really enjoy the "hand-crafting" involved in manual machining.

Tank heading back to Jose in sunny SoCal

Based upon the freezing weather here in NE Ohio, I should have hand-delivered this tank to Jose!

Cool to see Thomas installing my custom-painted tank onto his extra-cool Evo Sporty project

Love how this bike looks... super-aggressive and bare-knuckles with that extra-bright FlameThrower Customs' tank installed.

Black & Silver Tank Shipped Back to Orlando in Delaware

I really like the "dramatic effect" of the black & silver with the drop-shadowing.  I want to paint one of my own projects in a similar style!

Ongoing Progress on the '77 XLH Fundraiser Chopper

This bike is now at the shop of Austin Martin Originals to do perform some weld repairs, then will go to Old Skool Choppers for wiring, then return to my FlameThrower Choppers shop for final completion and installation of the custom-painted tins (which I am just beginning).

Shaved Fork Legs and Top Tree from a 35mm Front End on a '77 Sporty

This is from one of my own projects... actually it's the hardtailed '77 Ironhead Sporty choppa that I'm building to be a raffle bike to benefit my son's travel baseball team.

Just Finishing Up A Freshly Painted Lid For Donn

This Donn's second custom-painted helmet from FlameThrower Customs... kudos to Donn for being such a cool repeat client.  This is HOK Zenith Gold with additional gold flake, topped with mostly HOK Apple Red Kandy along with a couple other kandy kolors.

Restoration Sportster Job for a Local Client

Came out pretty cool and needed very tight and precise lines between the black and the cream.  Cannot wait to see this bike back together to see how it looks.
